The inner wall of the hydrostatic support cylinder guide sleeve and the piston rod are in a state of complete liquid lubrication, and the friction force is only the liquid viscosity force, which greatly reduces the friction caused by the traditional method of using a guide belt to guide the piston rod and a sealing ring to seal it. Friction can improve the vibration frequency and positioning accuracy of the hydraulic cylinder. The positioning accuracy of the hydraulic cylinder using hydrostatic support and seal guide can reach the micron level.
There are four rectangular oil chambers and oil return grooves evenly opened on the inner cylindrical surface of the guide sleeve of the hydrostatic support cylinder. The arc surface between the oil chamber and the oil return groove is called the circumferential oil sealing surface. The end surface and the oil return groove are called circumferential oil sealing surfaces. The arc surface between the cavities is called the axial sealing surface.
